The benefit to you is a lower "up front" capital investment in server hardware and the reassurance that the server is being fully managed by our highly skilled technicians.

Let us take away the stress of you having to manage your server infrastructure, backups, antivirus, OS upgrades, etc. in return for a monthly payment.

The service typically consists of:

A fully hosted virtual server. Data is stored in a Top Tier UK data centre with redundant Internet connectivity, secure data replication and backup, with the current Windows Server and SQL Server licenses.

Advantage^NFP can also provide Proactive Windows server support for the hosted server, starting from Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm through to 24/7 support.

Our comprehensive support service includes:

Real-time monitoring
Regular remote administration
Unlimited remote support for problems and administration on existing systems 09:00 to 17:30 Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

The additional 24/7 support option includes:

Real-time monitoring
Unlimited remote support for problems outside of normal business hours, seven days a week, twenty four hours a day.
